Back From The Dead

So yeah I was living again. I still had those other problems but I just figured that everybody has problems, I'll just have to take them like everyone else.
Maybe I just didn't want that burden, I always wanted to be in good spirits, but mine felt like it was just eaten away.

During that time while at work and in public I used to act as if nothing were wrong, but hell, that's no way to live.
So now I just joke about it. Besides with all of the other problems going on in the world why should I go on sulking. I've always been a happy-go-lucky person, so that's what I decided to be again. Now I just go on and take each day as it comes and have fun as I can while I'm here.
I started to write again, just to get my mind rejuvenated. I mean, why get all upset and sorrowful about things? Live and live!
Only problem I have now is my appearance. During my 8 years of solitude I've become a Jabba the Hut. One hundred pounds plus & heavier than I was when this all started. Ah well, I'll take it one day at a time and work on getting back in shape. At least I knew that my mind was back.
Then the phone rang. Out of
the past Doc Savage (Bob) calls me.
Now, we haven't spoke to each other since 1988. He says he wants all of us to get together and head out to the Special Edition release of the Star Wars films. After all, we did see them all together back when they came out, so now is the opportune time to all get together again. Great Idea!
The reunion and movies were
great, but another reunion was soon advancing. Our friend Terry who was in the Army was
going to be in town.
Now neither of us has seen Terry since 1984. This will certainly be something special.
Dec. 27, 1997 - The reunion was at Doc's home, and it was great. For us to be all back together, the old friends that separated to they're own lives, now to be brought back together.
We reminisced for hours, but sadly our soldier had
to return to his home miles away with his new wife and two lovely children.
That's when some magic began. We all started to get together more on a regular basis, going to movies, conversing via computer, or getting together at our new hangout, Pepe's Restaurant on 63rd & Kedzie. Stop by sometime, you might see us. (It's where you can get the best Long Island Ice Tea's in the city of Chicago).

The gang was back together again and is still to this day. It was shortly after Terry left that I started to write a screenplay based on our lives. All of the wacky things we've done were collected and put into the script. Kind of a film version of what you are reading.
It turned out fantastic! As
of this moment it hasn't gone into production. But
unfortunately, you really
need to know
someone to
get your work even seen by anyone. There are just too many screenwriters out there that
it's a one in a million chance anyone will look at it.
But I wont give up! Not this time! We all feel it's just too good of a story to lay to waste.
Coincidentally shortly thereafter, I met up with an ambitious fellow named Tadeo Garcia thus beginning a collaboration that made mine as well as his dreams a reality - To make movies! (www.IconoclastFilms.com)
Well that's about it, so now you know me, or maybe not. There are still a few things I haven't spilled. But that's for me to know, and all of you to find out.
In the meantime I'll continue to write, make movies, and relax in this newly opened Basement of mine.Roger B. Domian loose on the Internet?! Watch out world, there's no stopping me now!
